STOP THE HATE does not take any responsiblity for any customs charges, fees, etc. Customs Charges are different for every country. We do our best to mark your box as a gift or low value but sometimes we have no control over Customs charging taxes and fees.
Please allow up to 5 days for your order to process, unless otherwise stated, as some of our products are made-to-order. Please allow another 3-5 days for your order to be shipped out. You will get a shipping confirmation in your email the day your order has been packed and prepped for shipping.
MY ORDER HAS BEEN "IN-TRANSIT" FOR A LONG TIME?
Any orders that are in transit for over 21 days, please reach out to your local customs office to see if the package has been held up in customs and is requesting a customs fee. If deemed lost, we can issue credit for a future order.

If you wish to change it please email email@example.com immediately with your transactionID. We cannot reship orders once they are sent out.

No, please make sure you look at your order CAREFULLY before checking out, we are not responsible for your mistake.
I JUST RECEIVED MY ORDER BUT I WAS SENT THE WRONG SIZE OR ORDER, CAN YOU EXCHANGE IT?
Yes, if you got the wrong size please send it to the return address and email firstname.lastname@example.org with your transaction ID or email used with the order and we will send you the correct order.

We ship worldwide! However, we do reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is deemed potentially fraudulent by Shopify's payment system.
